Off Menu Collective LLC collects only the personal data it needs to tell you about our trips, book them and run them safely.

1. Who we are

Off Menu Collective LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is the data controller. We operate from Italy, so we handle your data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact: lorenzoperotti@offmenucollective.com.

3. Legal bases

  • Consent: waiting list and marketing emails, health and dietary information, optional cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Contract: booking and running your trip.
  • Legal obligation: tax, accounting and records Italian hotels must keep about their guests.
  • Legitimate interest: keeping our website secure and answering your questions.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only when needed with:

  • hotels, restaurants, transport providers and other suppliers on your trip;
  • service providers that host our website, send our emails and process payments;
  • emergency services or medical staff, if your safety requires it;
  • authorities, when the law requires it.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers are in the United States. Where data leaves the EU, we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

  • Waiting list: until you unsubscribe, or 3 years after our last contact.
  • Booking records: 10 years, as required for tax and accounting.
  • Health and dietary information: deleted within 6 months after your trip ends.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw any consent you gave. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Write to lorenzoperotti@offmenucollective.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

8. Cookies

Our website uses cookies that are needed for it to work. We use analytics or marketing cookies only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
