South Sardegna: from the embers of the Sarcidano to the sea salt of the Sulcis
Sardegna was shaped by rock and wind, by shepherds and fishermen, by the people who chose to stay and by the ones who came back. This week runs from the streets of Cagliari into the inland villages of the Sarcidano and out to the Sulcis coast.
Our mission is to connect people to one another and to local food systems through genuine encounters with the producers, chefs, and artisans who hold them together.
