Off Menu Collective

Cookie Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026.

This policy explains how Off Menu Collective LLC uses cookies and similar browser storage on its website. For information about other personal data, please read our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. Some last only for a browsing session; others stay until their expiry date or until you delete them. Browser storage can also remember interface preferences without sending a cookie on each request.

2. What the website uses now

The current website uses necessary cookies for its notice, login and interface settings. It does not currently load analytics cookies, advertising cookies, social media pixels or embedded social media trackers. The Instagram link opens Instagram only when you choose to follow it.

Acknowledging the notice does not authorise optional tracking. If we introduce optional tracking in future, we will update this policy and the controls before enabling it, and ask for consent where required. Joining the waiting list is a separate choice and does not enable tracking cookies.

Signed-in interface and preview tools may also use browser storage to remember display preferences or whether a help tour was dismissed. Session storage ends with the browsing session; local preferences remain until you clear the site’s browser data. These preferences are not used for advertising or to measure public visitors.

4. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies and browser storage in your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking login cookies may prevent you from signing in; it does not stop you reading the public pages. Deleting the notice cookie makes the notice appear again.

The button below clears only the notice cookie and reloads this page. It does not erase login cookies or change your waiting-list subscription.

5. Links and external services

Following a link to another website is your choice. That website may use its own cookies under its own policy. Sending the waiting-list welcome email is handled on our server and does not install a Brevo tracking cookie in your browser. Booking payments are not enabled for the current waiting-list launch.

6. Contact and updates

The website operator is Off Menu Collective LLC, a Delaware limited liability company operating from Italy. For questions about this policy or your data, write to lorenzoperotti@offmenucollective.com. We will update the date above when this policy changes.

Further information about cookies is available from the Italian data protection authority.
